She undertakes and coordinates research and projects at national and European level on issues of social policy, local welfare systems, immigration and aging., Giuseppe De SarioA researcher at the Fondazione Di Vittorio since 2008, Beppe De Sario is in charge of the Cgil and Spi Observatory on collective bargaining. He has worked on issues such as active aging, associations and social participation, free care and work-life balance, local agreements and corporate welfare. He is vice-coordinator for the editorial activities of the journal "Zapruder - Storie in movimento"., Giuliano FerrucciHe is mainly concerned in the statistical analysis of the labor force survey data; his research is documented in the area Market, conditions and quality of work, but he also participates in investigations in other areas (Education, training and active labour policies, Migration process and policy)., Salvo Leonardi, Serena RugieroThe sociologist Serena Rugiero coordinates and carries out research and planning activities at national and European level on the issues of energy policies, the green economy, and technological innovation, examining their socio-economic and environmental impact. She is a member of the AIEE - Italian Association of Energy Economists, as well as a member of the Scientific Committee of the "Environment, Territory and Sustainability" series of the Bonanno publishing house (Acireale-Roma) and the Eco-News magazine. Director: Daniele Di NunzioDaniele Di Nunzio has been involved in numerous European and national research projects, publishing books with Eurofound (European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions) and ETUI (European Trade Union Institute), among others. His most recent publications focus on the effects of changes in work organization on working conditions and new strategies for trade union action. He is a member of the International Sociological Association (ISA).
