This section conducts research on energy systems and the dynamics of innovation and technological development. The aim is to analyze how they affect work processes, the production chain, and organizational, management and territorial structure, so as to develop intervention strategies for trade union action.
The research areas include: the green economy; the development of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency; green building; emerging green professions and skills; the transformation of local public systems; regional energy policies; fuel poverty and policies to combat energy poverty.
